Discover Hidden Panama is always seeking people of all age groups to work and volunteer. We are looking for people who have a love for the outdoors, enjoy interacting with new people and are comfortable in an outdoor environment.
 
We offer a variety of opportunities to get involved in conservation, education and adventure programs while working with us. If you are seeking something different, and are ready to become active, join our team. The volunteers have the opportunity to interact with a wide variety of people daily. We are looking for applicants who demonstrate maturity, responsibility, and motivation. They must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as cooperatively with others.
 
People with various skills are required, mainly in maintenance and construction, in the hospitality section, and also to work in the kitchen. Since our lodge is an Eco-Lodge, we are looking for people with specialized skills especially in alternative energy, water solutions and recycling ideas for our continuing development as an Eco-Lodge. It is an opportunity to experience a different lifestyle and be involved in interesting and exciting programs and projects.
 
It is certainly not all work. The volunteers will have plenty of time to relax and enjoy their time at the camp, take hikes, swim or snorkel in surrounding waters, and join in some of our outdoor programs.
